Six months ago we contacted your company about building the framing for our retirement home. We had researched SIPS (Super Insulated Panel) construction, stick building, and panelized construction. We met in person with proprietary individuals from two companies. Although to this day, we have never laid eyes on you, you and your company have been more communicative, helpful, and responsive than we could have imagined or hoped for. Neither company previously contacted bothered to follow up on our project in any manner.
In the beginning, we had great reservations about dealing with a company solely via email even though your Better Business Bureau and other ratings were top notch. When asked for three references to contact, you responded immediately, without hesitation. After completing the references, we felt that we had done our due diligence and started the process.
Now, as we watch the windows going in and stone work going up, we would be remiss if we did not let you know how grateful we are for the quality work and professional support we received from Landmark, and most especially, you. An hour is the longest time we may have waited for a response from you, no matter how inconsequential our question may have been and no matter what day of the week it was. We are most appreciative that you never made us feel that our project was too small or less important than the largest corporate structure in your business.
Landmark went above and beyond in supplying quality materials and workmanship. Several contractors who came to our home throughout the building process remarked at what they saw. They were amazed at the fine details that went into the structure. Most importantly, everything fit as planned.
